Key points for cover letter presentation:
Each letter should be individually typed on A4 paper
Have every letter proof read by someone else to ensure they are free of spelling and grammatical errors
Envelopes should be addressed the same as the letter
Envelopes should be a size which take an A4 sheet of paper, preferably unfolded or folded no more than one time
Letters should be one or two pages maximum in content.
