Commercial solicitor law jobs essentially are about assisting businesses in their policy and decision making. Legal advice is sought from all types of businesses of all sizes. A case could be as basic as helping a businessman set up his company, or on the other side of the scale, negotiating corporate mergers. In cases where big corporations are concerned the field may be referred to as corporate law.
Commercial solicitors help clients in their specialist legal areas.
