Whether managing your career inside a company or looking for a new job, the first step is self assessment . You must be clear on your skills, values and interests, along with any other personal strength valuable in the workplace.
This is comparable to analysing a product’s strengths before marketing it. Assessments can also help you appreciate your uniqueness and your particular set of natural gifts and developed skills that can benefit others.
